That is the secret behind how I did it.

My name is Ayman Ibrahim. I am a licensed health and nutrition counselor (HCA-LHNC™ #1702166). I used to weigh 100 pounds more than I currently do. The secret behind how I lost this weight was dependent on a number of things.  I decided to change my mindset before changing my diet. During my personal learning journey, I had the opportunity to further deepen my knowledge on ways to improve my lifestyle and the steps required to change it for the better. In the process of doing so, I discovered that there was yet more for me to learn and improve upon. The further I implemented this newfound knowledge into my daily lifestyle, the more apparent my results were. In a matter of months, I was able to see rapid progress. This steady shift inspired me to take things to the next level, and formally study health and nutrition in hopes of helping others benefit the same way I was able to.
